Beginning with the July 21, 2010 Governing Board meeting all board agendas and packets will be posted via CSBA's AgendaOnline.

The agenda for scheduled/regular meetings is posted within requirements set by the Brown Act 72 hours prior to the next meeting.

 

The agenda for special meetings is posted within requirements set by the Brown Act 24 hours prior to the starting time of the meeting.

 

Meeting Schedule

Regular meetings of the San Gabriel Unified School District Governing Board are held at approximately 6:00 p.m. on the second and fourth TUESDAY of each month with some exceptions, 6:00 p.m. for closed sessions and approximately 7:00 p.m. for open session. The December 4, 2013 meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m.

Viewing the Agenda

By clicking the MEETINGS link in the upper left corner of this page, you can view the most current meeting agenda.  From this page, you can see the current agenda and descriptions of the items.

 

As more meetings are posted on the site, clicking the CALENDAR link will allow you to select the current meeting or past meetings that are in the system (since July 21, 2010).

 

Clicking on individual agenda items will show any additional information on that item including any supporting documents.  If an item has supporting documents, the documents can be downloaded by clicking on Supporting Documents and then Download Now.

 

Printing the Agenda

After navigating to a meeting agenda, the agenda can be printed by going to the upper right corner of the page, and clicking the word "AGENDA" on the Printable Version icon.

 

Any individual agenda item can be printed by selecting that item, then clicking the following link, which is also located in the upper right corner.

 

Meeting Minutes

After minutes are approved they will be posted and accessible from that meeting's agenda page.  Minutes can be printed by going to the upper right corner of the page, and clicking the word "Minutes".  If minutes have not yet been posted, a copy of the agenda for that meeting will appear.
